By browsing this website or purchasing a training, a program or a coaching session from Mentorat Drone Québec, you accept the terms below. Please read them before any purchase.

1. Purpose

Mentorat Drone Québec offers training and support focused on developing a commercial drone activity in Quebec. Our services include a free training, a complete and advanced training, a career program offered in collaboration with a partner, individual coaching and free online tools.

2. Nature of the services and no guarantee of results

Our training is educational in nature. No income, no contract and no commercial result is guaranteed. Results depend on your work, your market, your equipment, your situation and many factors outside our control. The examples presented do not constitute a performance promise.

3. What our training is not

• It does not replace the remotely piloted aircraft system pilot certificate issued by Transport Canada, except within the Drone Career Program where certification is explicitly included and delivered by the training partner.
• It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or insurance advice. You remain responsible for validating your situation with the appropriate professionals.
• It does not exempt you from complying with the Canadian Aviation Regulations. You alone are responsible for the legality and safety of your flight operations.

4. Access and account

Access to paid content is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Lifetime access means access for the commercial lifetime of the product concerned.

5. Intellectual property

All content (videos, documents, templates, processes, texts, visuals, tools) remains the exclusive property of Mentorat Drone Québec. Copying, reselling, redistributing, publicly broadcasting or using it to create a competing training is prohibited. You may freely use the templates and processes inside your own company, which is precisely their purpose.

6. Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by a secure external provider. Access is activated once payment is confirmed.

7. Cancellation and refund policy

• Online training: given the immediately downloadable and viewable nature of the content, purchases are final. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing your training, write to us and we will fix it.
• Coaching sessions: a session may be rescheduled free of charge if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. A session missed without notice is considered used.
• Drone career program: specific admission, cancellation and rescheduling conditions are communicated to you before registration, due to the involvement of a partner and limited seats.

8. Conduct

Sharing access, recording or redistributing content, and any disrespectful behaviour toward the instructor or other participants will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9. Free tools

The tools offered on this site, including the pricing calculator, are provided for guidance and “as is”. They do not constitute financial advice. You remain responsible for the prices you charge and the business decisions you make.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mentorat Drone Québec cannot be held liable for loss of revenue, loss of contracts, indirect damages or consequences arising from the use of, or inability to use, its content, tools or services.

11. External links

This site may link to third-party websites, notably our training and payment platform. We exercise no control over their content or practices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent judicial district in Quebec.

13. Changes

These terms may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one displayed on this page at the time of your purchase.
